Hi, i've been wondering if anyone here have advices for quicker warm-ups.

I noticed my warm-ups takes longer than recommended (10+mins), I think it's mostly due to me not being quite sure which exercices I should start up with (circles, stars perspective, etc...).

If anyone have any advices like clear list of exercice that are less time consuming i'd appreciate!!
